DBA SP Performance Brake Pads

DBA SP Performance Brake Pads (Street Performance, also called SP or SP500 pads) are disc brake pads for drivers who want more braking performance than standard OE-replacement pads. They have a semi-metallic friction formulation. It gives a firm initial bite, consistent pedal feel and stable braking under heat, without the harshness of track-only pads.

Key Features:

• Performance friction material: Application-specific compounds give an effective friction response to pedal input and stay consistent at high temperatures.
• Low dust and low wear: The copper-free formulation is designed to reduce brake dust and keep wheels cleaner.
• Noise control: Chamfered pad edges and multi-layer coated shims help reduce noise, vibration and harshness.
• Direct-fit replacement: The pads need no modification to install.
• Matched to DBA rotors: They are designed to pair with DBA's Street Series and other DBA disc brake rotors for a complete pad-and-rotor upgrade.

DBA has made disc brake rotors for more than 40 years. The SP pads were developed through testing on the street, on the track and on the dynamometer. They suit daily drivers, spirited street driving, 4WDs, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. They are a straightforward upgrade over standard replacement brake pads.
