Belimo Characterized Control Valve with Floating Actuator

The Belimo Characterized Control Valve (CCV) with floating actuator is a two-way or three-way HVAC control valve for modulating water flow in heating and cooling systems. It combines a valve body with a factory-mounted Belimo actuator. It is also known as a chilled water valve, hot water valve, or floating point control valve. It suits fan coil units, air handlers, unit heaters, and terminal unit applications.

Key Features:

• Characterized control disc: provides equal-percentage flow characteristics for stable, accurate temperature control
• Floating (3-point) actuator: works with common floating point controllers for simple, dependable operation
• Integrated design: the valve and actuator are matched at the factory, which makes installation easier
• Low-leakage seating: helps limit wasted energy and supports system efficiency
• Corrosion-resistant construction: durable valve components for long service life in water and glycol-based systems
• Manual override: makes commissioning and service easier
