USA Standard Gear Mini Installation Kit for Toyota Differential

The USA Standard Gear Mini Installation Kit (also called a minor differential install kit or mini install kit) is built for Toyota differentials. It gives you the essential parts for a ring and pinion gear swap or a differential repair. USA Standard Gear designs its mini kits around the basics, so you can get the job done without buying a full overhaul package.

Key Features:

• Covers the bare essentials for a gear swap or repair, according to the manufacturer
• Typically includes a pinion seal, a complete shim kit, and marking compound with a brush
• Includes a crush sleeve where the application calls for one
• Part of the USA Standard Gear differential rebuild and install kit line, which ranges from mini kits to master overhaul kits
• USA Standard Gear states that its kits use quality bearings and races from Timken or Koyo, where bearings are included

Kit contents vary by application. USA Standard Gear offers several levels of install kit, so you can choose the one that suits your project. A mini kit works well when the existing carrier bearings and races are in good condition and can be reused.
