GPD Oil Pressure Switch

The GPD Oil Pressure Switch (also called an oil pressure sensor, sending unit, or oil pressure sender) monitors engine oil pressure and sends a signal to the dash warning light or gauge. It helps alert the driver to low oil pressure before serious engine damage occurs.

Key Features:

• Monitors engine oil pressure and reports it to the instrument cluster or engine control system
• Built as a direct replacement for the original switch or sensor
• Made for reliable, accurate readings in the heat, vibration, and oil exposure of an engine bay
• Helps prevent a false warning light or an inaccurate gauge reading caused by a failing switch
• Quality control and testing from GPD, a supplier of aftermarket replacement parts

Typical signs of a failing oil pressure switch include a flickering or constant oil warning light, an erratic or incorrect gauge reading, and oil leaking around the switch body. Replacing a worn switch restores accurate oil pressure monitoring and helps protect your engine. Choose the part number that matches your application.
