ACDelco Fuel Injection Throttle Body Seal

The ACDelco Fuel Injection Throttle Body Seal (also called a throttle body gasket or throttle body mounting seal) creates a tight seal between the throttle body and the intake manifold. A good seal helps keep the engine's air intake system airtight. That supports consistent air metering, steady idle and reliable engine performance.

Key Features:

• Seals the joint between the throttle body and the intake manifold to help prevent unmetered air from entering the engine
• Helps prevent vacuum leaks that can cause rough idle, hesitation or poor fuel economy
• Made as a replacement part for fuel-injected engines
• Backed by the ACDelco name, a long-established supplier of replacement parts for GM and other vehicles

Replacing the throttle body seal whenever the throttle body is removed or serviced helps restore a leak-free connection. It is an inexpensive part that helps protect the driveability and efficiency of the engine.
