Diode Dynamics Pro Yellow SAE Fog Pod Light

The Diode Dynamics Pro Yellow SAE Fog Pod Light line gives you a compact LED auxiliary fog light (fog lamp, fog pod, LED light pod) that uses selective yellow output. Yellow light is often said to help cut through rain, fog, snow and dust. The pods are designed as an upgrade for factory foglamps, or as extra lighting on bumpers and other mounting points.

Key Features:

• SAE fog beam: Diode Dynamics' FineLine optic design gives a very wide field of view, with high-intensity output across an 80-degree spread. It lights the area directly in front of the vehicle.
• SAE J583 compliance: When installed as a pair and aimed to your state's regulations, the fog pattern meets the SAE J583 standard for foglamps. Check your local laws on aiming, installation and use.
• Selective yellow output: A 3000K yellow color gives high contrast in poor weather and a distinctive look on the road.
• TIR optics: Custom-engineered total internal reflection optics are designed for high efficiency and focus. In the SS3, the optic also serves as the main lens.
• Pro power level: The Pro level delivers double the total power of the Sport level.
• Amber backlight accent: Many Pro models include an amber backlight that adds a styling accent and visibility when the main beam is off.
• Durable construction: Powdercoated or cast aluminum housings, polycarbonate lenses, and a pin-fin heatsink for passive cooling.
• Easy connection: An integrated Deutsch-style connector makes wiring simple, and adapters are available for factory fog light plugs.
• Tested to automotive standards: Stage Series lighting is tested for long-term operation from -40 to 185 degrees F, plus vibration, moisture intrusion and corrosion, to SAE standards.
• Made in the USA: Diode Dynamics engineers and assembles these lights in the USA, with an 8-year limited warranty.
