Gates Radiator Coolant Hose Engine to Heater

The Gates Radiator Coolant Hose for engine to heater connections is a molded or flexible heater hose (also called a heater hose or engine coolant hose). It carries hot coolant between the engine and the heater core, so the cabin heater and defroster can work properly. Gates is a long-established supplier of belts, hoses and fluid-transfer components, and these hoses are designed to meet or exceed OE requirements.

Key Features:

• Synthetic rubber construction resists heat, coolant exposure, ozone and weathering
• Reinforced build helps the hose hold its shape and resist collapse under engine vacuum and coolant pressure
• Made to handle the temperature cycling and pressure of modern cooling systems
• Compatible with conventional and extended-life coolants
• Gives a leak-resistant connection at the engine, heater core and fittings when installed with the correct clamps

A worn heater hose can cause coolant leaks, weak cabin heat and engine overheating. Replacing it with a quality Gates hose helps restore dependable cooling system performance. Select the correct child item for your application.
