Field Controls Barometric Draft Control for Oil Wood Coal

The Field Controls barometric draft control (also called a barometric damper or draft regulator) helps keep the draft in the flue pipe steady on oil, wood and coal-fired heating equipment. Steady draft supports efficient combustion and consistent fuel use.

Key Features:

• Calibrated for easy adjustment: Set it to the furnace or boiler manufacturer's specifications.
• Precise draft settings: The RC models are designed for settings from .02" to .08". The M models cover .01" to .1" and have a fine screw adjustment.
• Counterbalanced gate: The gate responds to changes in flue pressure and keeps draft constant.
• Galvanized steel construction: Built for flue-pipe service.
• Residential and commercial use: Fits oil or coal-fired furnaces and boilers. Field Controls supplies it as standard equipment on many leading brands of heating equipment.

Use instrumentation such as a draft gauge when adjusting the control during installation. The control is sensitive enough that setting it by eye is not accurate.
