Mayhew Heat Stabilized Cable Ties

Mayhew Heat Stabilized Cable Ties (also called heat stable zip ties or nylon cable ties) are professional-grade, American-made ties for bundling and securing wires, cables and hoses where heat is a factor. A heat stabilizer additive gives them a wider operating temperature range than standard nylon ties. That makes them a good choice for engine bays, automotive wiring and other high-heat jobs.

Key Features:

• Heat stabilized: The additive lets the ties resist melting and warping in high-heat conditions, with an operating range of up to about 250°F.
• Solid-piece nylon 6/6 construction: The nylon gives high mechanical strength and resists abrasives and chemicals such as oils and solvents.
• UV resistant: They are suited to indoor and outdoor use.
• Superior pawl design: The pawl allows easy insertion and pull-through, and the serrated edges give precise, secure locking.
• Easy to tighten: The grasps on each end let you grip and tighten the tie more securely.
• Made in the U.S.A.: Mayhew Tools has been making tools since 1856.

The flexible, self-locking design allows quick, secure fastening when you need to pack, organize, contain or transport wires, cables and other items. These ties suit automotive, industrial, hardware and construction work.
