ProX Piston Kit Ski-Doo MXZ

ProX piston kits for Ski-Doo MXZ snowmobile engines are replacement engine piston kits (also called piston and ring sets). They are made to restore compression and performance when the original piston and rings are worn or damaged. They suit routine rebuilds and engine refreshes.

Key Features:

• Complete kit: ProX piston kits come with the piston, ring set, wrist pin and circlips.
• Precision machined: The pistons are made on modern CNC equipment for consistent, accurate dimensions.
• Quality alloy: The piston alloy is low-expansion and low-friction, the same type used by major Japanese engine manufacturers.
• Coatings: Many kits have an anodized dome and a MoS2 skirt coating. The MoS2 coating reduces friction and wear.
• Oversize options: ProX offers standard and oversize pistons, so the piston-to-cylinder wall clearance can match the manufacturer's specification.

ProX Racing Parts was founded in 1975. It specializes in internal engine components such as pistons, connecting rods, crankshafts and valves for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and other powersports machines. Pick the child variant that matches your engine's bore size.
