Standard Motor Products Engine Oil Pressure Light Switch

The Standard Motor Products Engine Oil Pressure Light Switch (also called an oil pressure switch, oil pressure sensor switch or oil pressure warning light sender) monitors engine oil pressure and turns on the dashboard warning light when pressure drops below a safe level. It helps warn you of lubrication problems early, before they cause serious engine damage.

Key Features:

• Pressure-sensitive switch that activates the dash warning light when oil pressure falls below the specified threshold
• Made to match the form, fit and function of the original equipment part for a straightforward installation
• Built to hold up to engine heat, vibration and continuous exposure to oil
• Sealed construction helps prevent oil leaks and protects the internal switching components
• Designed and tested by Standard Motor Products, a long-time supplier of engine management and electrical parts

A worn or failing oil pressure switch can cause a warning light that stays on, flickers or doesn't light at all. Replacing it restores reliable oil pressure monitoring. Choose the correct variant for your application from the options on this page.
