The MAHLE Valve Cover Grommet Set provides replacement grommets for sealing the valve cover fastener holes on your engine. Grommets like these are also called valve cover bolt grommets or valve cover bolt seals. They sit around the hold-down bolts, where they help keep engine oil from seeping out around the fasteners.
