Exedy CH14S Hyper Single Clutch Cover Assembly Replacement Part

The Exedy CH14S is a high-performance clutch cover assembly designed as a replacement component for Exedy Hyper Single racing clutch kits. This purple anodized, forged aluminum cover is engineered for moderately modified performance vehicles that require enhanced clutch capacity without the complexity of a multi-plate system.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction for superior stiffness compared to stamped steel covers
• Purple anodized finish for corrosion resistance and distinctive appearance
• Higher lever ratio design maintains reasonable pedal effort despite increased clamp load
• No clamp load deflection typical of pressed metal covers
• Turbine-like air flow enhancing vanes on pressure plate for improved cooling
• Compatible with 9.8-inch (250mm) diameter clutch discs
• Designed for racing and high-performance street applications

This cover assembly is a critical component found in multiple Exedy Hyper Single kit configurations, including the EH04SD1 and EH06SD1 kits. The CH14S works in conjunction with Exedy's cerametallic friction discs and chromoly steel flywheels to deliver approximately twice the holding torque of OEM clutches. When used in complete Hyper Single kits, these components carry SFI 1.1 Certification for competitive motorsports use.

Note: This is a replacement repair part for existing Exedy Hyper Single clutch systems and is not a complete clutch kit. Professional installation is recommended.
