Highway Products Savage HD Open Mesh Headache Rack Size

The Highway Products Savage HD Open Mesh Headache Rack is a heavy-duty aluminum cab protector (also called a cab guard or truck headache rack). It protects your rear window and cab from shifting cargo. It also gives your truck a more finished look.

Key Features:

• Military-grade aluminum construction: Made from T6061 aluminum, which is lighter than steel and built for heavy use.
• Fully welded design: Gives the rack strength and durability.
• Open mesh honeycomb insert: A 3/16" aluminum insert with a honeycomb pattern. It helps cut glare and light coming through the rear window.
• Integrated LED work lights: HD models include two 3" cube LED work lights flush-mounted in the center crossbar.
• High load capacity: Rated for 750 lb.
• Versatile mounting platform: The flat top bar can carry light bars, ladders, pipe, conduit, lumber, or other long cargo.
• Built-in tie-down points: Anchor points on the crossbar and holes in the mesh give you many places to secure a load.
• Smooth black finish: Low-gloss and slightly textured.
• Made in the USA: Hand assembled in the United States and backed by a transferable lifetime warranty.

The Savage line also offers matching bed rails. Check the compatibility notes for your toolbox type before ordering, because this rack is not compatible with standard single-lid or gullwing crossover toolboxes.
