Wössner Pistons Piston Kit for Yamaha

Wössner Pistons forged piston kits for Yamaha engines are built for riders and builders who want a high-quality replacement or performance piston. They suit motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV/UTV and personal watercraft (PWC) applications. Wössner is a German forged piston and rod manufacturer with a long racing heritage. It is part of a group that includes the Italian forging house Forging Group Monale.

Key Features:

• Forged construction: The pistons are forged and, in most cases, fully CNC machined inside and out for precise fit and consistent quality.
• Lightweight design: The machining aims to keep reciprocating weight low.
• Moly Teflon soft coating: The coating allows tighter build clearances and eases break-in. It also shows wear patterns when the piston is removed after service.
• Complete kit: Kits are built around the piston, rings, wrist pin and clips for the application.
• Range of applications: The line covers four-stroke and two-stroke Yamaha engines, with standard and oversize bore options in many applications.

Each Wössner piston kit is engineered to restore engine performance or support a performance build, with attention to quality and reliability. Select the child item that matches your engine's bore size and compression requirements.
