WSM Yamaha Platinum Piston Kit Oversize

The WSM Platinum Series oversize piston kit for Yamaha engines is a replacement piston and ring set for rebuilding a worn or damaged 2-stroke engine. It suits personal watercraft and other powersports applications. Each kit is made to OEM specifications. Oversize pistons are used when a cylinder has been bored or honed and needs a larger piston to restore the correct clearance.

Key Features:

• High-strength hardened aluminum construction helps prevent skirt and ring groove breakage
• Non-abrasive coated piston walls reduce heat and friction and help extend piston life
• Made to exact OEM specifications for a precise fit and reliable engine performance
• Platinum Series kits typically include the piston, ring set, wrist pin and circlips needed for installation
• Multiple oversize options are offered, generally in 0.25mm increments up to 1mm oversize

Measure your cylinders before ordering to choose the correct oversize. On Yamaha power valve engines, pistons of 0.5mm oversize or larger may require power valve modification, so check the manufacturer's installation guidance. WSM Platinum Series pistons give a durable, dependable rebuild.
