EMPI CV Boot Kit

The EMPI CV Boot Kit (also called a CV joint boot kit or axle boot repair kit) is a replacement solution for torn, cracked, or leaking constant velocity joint boots on Volkswagen vehicles. The CV boot holds the joint's specialized grease in and keeps water, dirt, and road grime out. Replacing a damaged boot promptly helps prevent premature joint wear and the cost of replacing the whole axle.

Key Features:

• Rubber CV joint boot made to replace the original boot that protects the joint
• Kits include the installation hardware, such as clamps and grease, for a complete boot repair, as documented for the individual part numbers
• Helps keep CV joint grease in and contaminants out, which supports smooth power transfer and suspension travel
• Available in multiple configurations to cover a range of Volkswagen applications, from classic air-cooled models to later water-cooled models
• Supplied with installation instructions on select kits

EMPI has long been a well-known supplier of Volkswagen aftermarket and performance parts. This CV boot line gives owners and restorers a cost-effective way to maintain the drivetrain and avoid more expensive axle repairs. Select the specific part number for the correct boot style and position.
