Turbosmart Boost Tee Manual Boost Controller

The Turbosmart Boost Tee Manual Boost Controller is a compact pneumatic bleed valve. It raises boost on turbocharged engines that use boost-referenced wastegate actuators. It works with internal wastegates and external wastegates. It changes the reference signal sent to the actuator, so boost can rise above the base spring pressure. Increases of 100-200% over base spring pressure are common.

Key Features:

• Proven detent system: Boost goes up in defined steps, so adjustments are simple, repeatable and reversible.
• Locking mechanism: The boost setting stays secure and is protected from tampering.
• Gate Feature: Turbosmart's gate design is meant to give the best possible boost response. It helps limit wastegate creep.
• Small, light design: The current Boost Tee is about 33% smaller than the earlier version and is easy to mount.
• Quality construction: Made in Australia from high-grade brass and billet aluminum.
• Mounting bracket included for installation.

Use the Boost Tee to run lower boost for daily driving and higher boost for track use. It works with boost-based actuators on internal and external wastegates. It is not compatible with variable geometry turbochargers (VGT, VVT or VNT). Boost cannot be set lower than the base spring pressure of the wastegate or actuator.
