Belimo Control Valve Cv Stainless Steel Trim

Belimo Characterized Control Valves (CCV) with stainless steel trim are 2-way and 3-way control valves for chilled and hot water HVAC systems. They are also called CCV ball valves or modulating water control valves. Each valve pairs the tight close-off of a ball valve with a characterizing disc. The disc gives an equal percentage flow characteristic, which is comparable to a globe valve of the same nominal size. These valves suit air handling units, fan coil units, and other hydronic heating and cooling applications.

Key Features:

• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise, stable modulating control
• Stainless steel trim for durability in hydronic service
• Characterizing disc that helps prevent control loop hunting, which supports component life and energy efficiency
• Cv values comparable to globe valves of the same size, which reduces the need for pipe reductions
• Fluid compatibility with chilled or hot water, up to 60% glycol
• Internal thread end fittings on the valves in this line
• Valve-only configuration that accepts a Belimo actuator, which is sold separately

Belimo is a well-known manufacturer of HVAC actuators, valves, and sensors. This valve line gives building and mechanical contractors dependable, accurate flow control. Choose the pattern, size, and Cv rating that match your system.
