Continental EcoContact Q Tire XL

The Continental EcoContact Q is a summer ultra-high performance passenger tire. It is built for drivers who want low rolling resistance, quiet running and confident grip in one tire. Continental developed it for a wide range of vehicles, including conventional, hybrid and electric models.

Key Features:

• Low rolling resistance compound: Continental's Green Chili 2.0 rubber compound reduces energy loss as the tire rolls. This supports better fuel economy or longer electric range, and it also improves grip and efficiency.
• Asymmetric tread design: The rib and sipe geometry is designed for precise steering response, stability and handling.
• Reduced noise: The tread pattern is optimized to lower rolling noise. The Q designation refers to Continental's ContiSilent noise-damping technology, which uses a foam layer bonded inside the tire to reduce cabin noise.
• Wet and dry grip: It is designed for short braking distances and cornering stability on wet and dry roads, including at higher speeds.
• Eco-conscious engineering: The lower rolling resistance helps cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

The EcoContact Q combines Continental's tire engineering with a quiet, efficient and comfortable ride. It suits daily commuting and highway driving in warm-weather conditions. It is a summer tire and is not intended for winter or snow use.
