Trane Blower Motor Sheave Pulley

Trane blower motor sheave pulleys are OEM replacement drive components for belt-driven HVAC blower and fan assemblies. Also called blower pulleys, motor pulleys or V-belt sheaves, they mount on the motor shaft. They transfer power through the V-belt to the blower wheel, and the sheave size sets the blower speed and airflow.

Key Features:

• OEM replacement design: Made to match the drive requirements of Trane belt-drive air handlers and rooftop equipment.
• Durable construction: Sheaves in this line are typically cast iron, which resists wear and holds up to continuous-duty operation.
• Fixed and variable pitch options: The line includes fixed-diameter sheaves and adjustable-pitch sheaves. Adjustable-pitch sheaves let technicians fine-tune blower RPM and airflow during system balancing.
• Secure shaft mounting: Sheaves are bored to fit the motor shaft and are held in place with a set screw, with a keyway on some models. This keeps torque transfer consistent and reduces slippage and vibration.
• V-belt compatible: Grooved to run with standard V-belts.

Replacing a worn, grooved or damaged sheave helps keep design airflow, reduces belt wear and vibration, and helps avoid excess motor amp draw. Select the child item that matches the bore, groove count and diameter your equipment requires.
