Sunsong Brake Hydraulic Hose Replacement with Brackets and Hardware

Sunsong brake hydraulic hose assemblies are OE-quality replacement brake hoses. They carry brake fluid between the hard lines and the calipers or wheel cylinders. Each hose is engineered to fit its application exactly. A worn, cracked or swollen flexible brake line can be replaced with one of these assemblies, with the mounting hardware included.

Key Features:

• Complete hardware: Each hose includes brackets, molded plastic guards, wire clips and protective sleeves as required. This restores the wearable parts to their original condition.
• Standards compliance: The hoses meet or exceed DOT, FMVSS 106 and SAE J1401 standards. They have a 10,000 psi burst pressure rating and a 560 lb. tensile strength.
• Low volumetric expansion: Expansion is 60% lower than DOT requirements. This helps transfer fluid quickly when you brake.
• Durability: Whip test results exceed the DOT requirement by 400%.
• Corrosion resistance: The tubing is high-grade steel with an electroplated zinc coating. This resists humidity, road salt, water and grime.
• EPDM rubber construction: Fittings have a corrosion-resistant coating.
• Proper sealing: Hoses with banjo end fittings include new copper washers.

Sunsong has built a reputation for quality and craftsmanship in brake hydraulic hoses for domestic and import applications. These replacement brake hose assemblies are also sold as brake line, flexible brake hose or brake hydraulic hose assemblies.
