Walker Products Exhaust Gas Differential Pressure Sensor

Walker Products Exhaust Gas Differential Pressure Sensors, also called DPF differential pressure sensors or DPS sensors, are OE replacement parts for diesel emissions systems. They measure the exhaust pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the diesel particulate filter (DPF). The engine control module uses that signal to judge how much soot the filter is holding and when to run a regeneration cycle.

Key Features:

• OE-quality design: Built to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for form, fit and function.
• Direct-fit replacement: Factory-matched connectors and mounting points make installation straightforward.
• Accurate DPF monitoring: A piezo-resistive sensing element reads the pressure difference across the filter. It sends a stable signal to the ECM.
• Durable construction: Made to withstand high exhaust temperatures, vibration and soot contamination.
• Supports emissions compliance: Helps detect a clogged DPF early, so regeneration can be managed correctly. This helps avoid drivability problems and engine derate events.

A failing differential pressure sensor can cause frequent regeneration cycles, reduced power, poor fuel economy or DPF-related trouble codes. Replacing it with a Walker sensor restores accurate DPF data to the ECM. Walker Products draws on more than 75 years of experience in sensor manufacturing and engine management.
