Raceline Wheels Beadlock Wheel

Raceline Wheels beadlock wheels are built for serious off-road use. They suit rock crawling, desert racing, UTV and truck applications. A beadlock wheel uses a mechanical ring to clamp the tire bead to the wheel. This helps the tire stay seated at the low air pressures off-road drivers run for extra traction. Raceline has designed and manufactured wheels since 1996. It started as a maker of specialty wheels for the off-road racing segment.

Key Features:

• Designs include true beadlock, double beadlock and simulated beadlock options, depending on the model
• Cast models use heavy-duty A356 aluminum, often paired with a forged 6061 aluminum beadlock ring
• Forged double beadlock models use forged 6061 aluminum for both the wheel and the rings
• Grade 8 zinc beadlock hardware with hardened steel PEM-nuts and captive washers. The hardware can be replaced as needed, so a stripped bolt hole does not ruin the wheel
• Raceline logo detailing and bold spoke designs that are easy to recognize
• Beadlock ring spacers are available for tires with thicker beads, to help the ring seat properly
