Renthal SRS Road Chain Gold

The Renthal SRS Road Chain is a gold sealed-ring motorcycle drive chain for street and sportbike use. It uses Renthal's Self Regulating Seal (SRS) technology to extend chain life. Riders may also look for it as an SRS ring chain, sealed-ring chain, or O-ring or X-ring chain upgrade.

How SRS Technology Works:

The SRS ring is pre-loaded during assembly, which creates a spring effect. Conventional O-rings and X-rings lose their seal as the chain wears. The SRS ring can unload itself during use and keep a tighter seal against the side plates. Specially formulated grease stays around the pin and bushing area longer, and dirt, water and other contaminants stay out.

Key Features:

• SRS ring technology improves chain flexibility and gives smoother operation than standard O-ring chains
• Larger-diameter pins made from enhanced alloy steel resist shock loads and wear
• Quad riveting on each pin increases tensile strength
• Thicker inner and outer plates increase fatigue life
• Gold-anodized side plates help prevent corrosion
• Pre-stretched at the factory for enhanced performance
