Nitrous Express Lightning Bottle Valve for Bottles

The Nitrous Express Lightning bottle valve is a nitrous-specific nitrous bottle valve made from lightweight billet aluminum. It is designed to keep nitrous flowing as liquid from the bottle to the solenoid. It works as an upgrade for an existing bottle, and it also comes standard in many NX nitrous systems.

Key Features:

• Billet aluminum construction: Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. It is lighter than the older chrome-plated brass NX valve by about 1/2 pound.
• Direct flow path: The flow path has a single 45-degree turn to the outlet. This avoids the sharp 90-degree bends found in many bottle valves, which cause turbulence and gaseous bubbles.
• High-flow internals: Features a 5/8-inch siphon tube and a .500-inch high-lift stem assembly, built to support high-horsepower nitrous systems.
• Dual gauge ports: Lets you monitor bottle pressure.
• Fitting flexibility: Uses a bottle nipple that allows an unrestricted transition from valve to supply line. NX offers other nipple sizes separately.
• Pressure tested: Tested to well above normal operating pressures for safety.

Nitrous Express has spent years refining its flow paths on the flow bench to reduce nitrous boiling. The Lightning bottle valve is a straightforward upgrade for racers and street performance builders who want consistent, easy-to-tune nitrous delivery.
