Peterson Fluid Micron Filter Element with Bypass

The Peterson Fluid Micron Filter Element with Bypass is a replacement oil filter element for Peterson 400 Series inline oil and fuel filter housings. It is made for performance and racing engines. It protects bearings and other internal components by trapping contaminants, and the built-in bypass keeps oil flowing if the media becomes restricted.

Key Features:

• Built-in bypass: Helps maintain oil flow if the element becomes restricted.
• Billet aluminum end caps: CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, anodized for compatibility with most fluids.
• Pleated media: Pleated stainless steel or cellulose media gives high flow capacity and good filtering surface area.
• Multiple micron ratings: The 400 Series line offers several filtration levels, so you can match the element to your engine and oil system.
• High-quality construction: Elements use quality epoxy for compatibility with most fluids.
• Replaceable design: Lets you service the filter without replacing the housing.

Peterson Fluid Systems makes motorsports fluid-handling components, and this element suits drag racing, circle track, and other high-performance builds. Choose the child item that matches your micron rating and fitting requirements.
