ITM Engine Timing Belt Tensioner Assembly

The ITM Engine Timing Belt Tensioner Assembly keeps the timing belt at the correct tension while the engine runs. Correct tension helps maintain accurate valve timing and protects against belt slippage, premature wear and noise. Use it as a timing belt tensioner or belt tensioner pulley assembly when you replace a worn tensioner or service the timing belt.

Key Features:

• Applies steady, controlled tension to the timing belt across operating conditions
• Assembly design simplifies installation and replacement
• Built for replacement use in a range of applications
• Supplied by ITM Engine Components, a supplier of engine internal parts and timing components for the aftermarket

A fresh tensioner is a good companion to timing belt service. Replacing it along with the belt, and with related parts such as idler pulleys and the water pump where appropriate, helps support reliable long-term engine operation.
