Product Details

ARP carburetor stud kits for Dominator-style carburetors keep the carburetor sealed to the intake manifold. They work as carb studs or carburetor mounting studs, in setups with or without a spacer. ARP offers the line in a range of heights to suit most carburetor and spacer combinations.

  • Made by ARP, a well-known maker of high-performance fasteners for racing and street performance engines
  • Available in 8740 chrome moly with a black oxide finish, or in ARP stainless steel
  • Kits include hex nuts and washers
  • Most ARP carb studs have a nut starter nose to make installation easier, except where noted
  • Offered in several stud lengths, so you can match your carburetor and spacer setup
  • Pro Series NASCAR-style kits have one stud drilled so race officials can seal the carburetor

These studs give a more secure and consistent clamp load than standard carburetor hardware. That helps hold the carburetor firmly in place under heavy vibration and high-RPM use. Choose the child option that matches your carburetor, spacer and finish.

Autoplicity had the part I needed at a reasonable price, so I ordered 2. Always good to have a spare for next time. It's the control panel for my RV refrigerator. The total was enough for free shipping, but they offered 2 day shipping for $10 extra. I chose the expedited delivery, since my fridge wasn't working. They packed and sent it the same day, but it took a week to get here. I don't say that as a complaint about them. I'm in the middle of nowhere, so I wasn't surprised that it took a week. When I asked for the extra delivery fee to be refunded, they refunded it right away. Anyway, the fridge is cooling again. I'm happy! :-)
