Cometic Tappet Guide Gasket for Harley-Davidson Evolution Gaskets & Seals

The Cometic tappet guide gasket (also called a tappet block gasket or lifter block gasket) seals the joint between the tappet guide block and the crankcase on Harley-Davidson Evolution engines. Cometic is a U.S. gasket manufacturer that specializes in V-Twin and performance engine sealing. It designs these gaskets as a direct replacement for the original part.

Key Features:

• Seals the tappet block to the engine case to help keep oil in and contaminants out
• Includes an oil passage opening that matches the tappet block's oiling port, so tappet lubrication is not restricted
• Made in the USA by Cometic Gasket
• Built with Cometic's gasket materials and manufacturing processes, which are designed to hold up to the demands of V-Twin engines
• Suited to engine rebuilds, top-end service and general maintenance

Replacing the tappet guide gasket during a rebuild or tappet service helps you get a reliable seal and avoid oil seepage. Several variants are available in this product line, so choose the one that matches your engine and the position of the tappet block.
