ICON Vehicle Dynamics VS RR/CDCV Front Coilover Kit Ford

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. remote reservoir (RR) CDCV front coilover kit line is built for Ford trucks and SUVs. It gives drivers better ride quality, more wheel travel and adjustable ride height. Each kit replaces the factory front shock and spring with a vehicle-specific coilover shock assembly. The assemblies are tuned for both on-road and off-road driving.

Key Features:

• Vehicle-specific valving and shock length: Each kit is tuned for its application. This improves damping, control and ride quality compared with stock components.
• Remote reservoirs: The reservoirs add shock oil volume and heat-dissipation surface area. This helps the shock run cooler and resist fade and cavitation during extended hard use.
• CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve): The external CDCV lets you tune compression damping with 10 settings, from soft to hard. You can adjust it for street driving, rock crawling or high-speed desert running.
• Larger shock body: The V.S. 2.5 Series has a larger shock body and more piston area than stock components. This gives better damping and more usable travel.
• Adjustable ride height: The kits allow lift height adjustment, so you can fit larger wheel and tire combinations. Adjustment range varies by application.
• ICON-engineered coil springs: The springs are optimized for each application.
• Quality construction: The components are CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. The shock bodies are corrosion-resistant CAD plated with 7/8" diameter shafts. The kits also use FK rod end bearings and a high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pin.
• Rebuildable and re-tunable: The coilovers can be serviced and revalved as needs change.
• Bolt-on installation: Installation is designed to need no drilling, cutting or welding.
