Gates Radiator Coolant Hose Engine to Throttle Body

The Gates Engine to Throttle Body Coolant Hose is a molded radiator and heater-style coolant hose. It carries engine coolant between the engine and the throttle body. This keeps the throttle body at a steady temperature, which helps with cold-weather operation and consistent airflow control. It is also sold as a throttle body coolant hose, throttle body heater hose, or engine coolant bypass hose.

Key Features:

• Molded construction designed to hold its shape and route cleanly in tight engine compartments
• Reinforced, multi-layer rubber design built to resist heat, pressure, and coolant exposure
• Engineered for dependable sealing and long service life under engine heat cycling
• Built to meet or exceed the demands of original equipment hoses
• Manufactured under Gates quality standards

Gates is a long-established maker of belts, hoses, and fluid-transfer products, and many vehicle manufacturers use its parts as original equipment. Replacing a worn or leaking coolant hose helps prevent coolant loss, overheating, and damage to nearby components. Each part number in this line is made for a specific application.
