Gates ThermalPro Molded Coolant Hose

Gates ThermalPro Molded Coolant Hose is a premium replacement radiator hose and coolant hose line. Each hose is pre-shaped for specific upper, lower, bypass, heater and other coolant applications. The line is built to OE-quality specifications, so it is a dependable alternative to a dealer replacement hose. Gates offers one of the most comprehensive molded coolant hose lines on the replacement market.

Key Features:

• Molded, pre-shaped design for a precise fit and a sealed connection
• EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement
• EPDM cover that resists heat, ozone and chemical coolants
• Vacuum-collapse resistance from specially engineered materials
• Electrochemical degradation resistance. This is the leading cause of hose failure.
• Specifications: meets SAE 20R4 Class D2 and DIN 73411 Class A, except for tolerances
• Operating temperature range: -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)

Installation notes: Gates recommends replacing the hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Do not use these hoses for fuel or oil transfer applications.

Gates ThermalPro hoses are backed by a 1-year limited warranty. They give you a durable, OE-quality fix for leaking, cracked, swollen or worn coolant hoses.
