DD26 Fishing Merc Stroke Mean Mount Transom Saver

The DD26 Fishing Mean Mount Transom Saver (also called a motor tote, motor stabilizer or outboard motor support) is built to cut down the stress that towing puts on your boat. It reduces motor movement and helps protect your trim system, hydraulics, motor and transom on the road.

Key Features:

• Shock-absorbing design: Automotive-grade bump stops absorb vertical impact, much like a shock absorber, to protect both the engine and the transom.
• Durable construction: Made from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum for a rigid frame that resists bending and warping.
• Quality details: Clean welds and cuts, plus HDPE grommets that are made not to break down over time.
• Finish: A high-quality finish gives the frame a clean look.
• Made in the USA by DD26 Fishing.

For the best results, use steering locks to control side-to-side movement. DD26 recommends its Mean Stop Steering Locks as a companion product. For safe towing, check that you have enough ground clearance under the skeg. DD26 suggests about 12 inches, which depends on your boat, trailer and tow vehicle setup.
