Sensus Replacement Orifice for Model Gas Regulator

Sensus replacement orifices are service parts for Sensus gas pressure regulators. The orifice sets how much gas flows through the regulator body. Over time it can wear or become damaged, and swapping in a new one helps restore dependable pressure control. Sensus regulators are used with natural gas and LP (propane) in residential, commercial and industrial settings.

Key Features:

• Interchangeable design lets you change the orifice in a Sensus regulator without replacing the whole unit
• Made for Sensus domestic service, field and industrial gas pressure regulator families, including the 046, 143, 243 and 496 series
• Offered in aluminum, brass and stainless steel, depending on the regulator model
• Available in a range of opening sizes to match regulator capacity and application
• Backed by Sensus, a long-established name in gas regulation and metering, with regulators formerly sold under the Rockwell and Equimeter names

Sensus regulators are used on burners, boilers, furnaces, ovens, heaters, kilns and gas engines. Choose the orifice that matches your regulator model. The orifice and the loading spring are the two parts that most affect regulator capacity and outlet pressure.
