Viessmann Flow Switch for Vitodens Boilers

Viessmann flow switches are genuine replacement parts for Vitodens wall-mounted and floor-standing gas-fired condensing boilers. A flow switch, also called a flow sensor, monitors water flow through the boiler. If the flow rate drops too low, the switch opens. The burner then shuts down and stays off until adequate flow returns. This helps protect the heat exchanger and the rest of the heating system from damage caused by insufficient circulation.

Key Features:

• Original Viessmann replacement part, made specifically for Vitodens boiler models
• Detects low water flow and signals the boiler control to shut down the burner
• Helps protect the boiler from overheating and from damage caused by insufficient flow
• Electrical connection is made with screw terminals
• Direct replacement for a worn or failed factory flow switch or flow sensor

Viessmann specifies original or Viessmann-approved replacement parts when servicing its boilers, which helps keep the unit working as designed. Installation, adjustment and service should be done by a licensed professional heating contractor. Before replacing the part, shut off main power and the fuel supply, and depressurize or drain the water side as the boiler's service instructions direct.

Choose the part number that matches your Vitodens model and series. Each Vitodens series uses its own flow switch part number.
