Maxon Gas Butterfly Valve

Maxon gas butterfly valves regulate and control fuel gas flow in industrial combustion and burner systems. Maxon is a combustion specialist that makes burners, valves, regulators and gas delivery systems. Its valves are also called gas flow control valves, gas throttling valves, or SYNCHRO and MICRO-RATIO butterfly valves.

Key Features:

• Butterfly disc design: a rotating disc opens and closes the flow path for fast, responsive gas flow adjustment.
• Full-flow construction: supports high capacities with low pressure drop and minimal operating torque.
• Adjustable gas profile: the series includes designs with adjustable profiles for accurate air/fuel ratio control. These can be linked mechanically to air valves for proportioning.
• Threaded connections: NPT connections are available across the line.
• Options for different control needs: the line includes manual and automatic actuator-driven configurations.

These valves are intended for throttling control of gas flow, not for tight shut-off. Maxon products are widely used in industrial heating, drying and process applications, and are known for quality and reliability.
