Maxon Mini Flame Rod Sensor

The Maxon Mini Flame Rod Sensor is a replacement flame rod, also called a flame sensor or flame detector, for industrial burners that use flame rod detection. It detects the presence of a flame and signals the burner control system. That signal helps keep combustion safe and efficient in boilers, furnaces, heaters and other process heating equipment.

Key Features:

• Made for Maxon burners that use flame rod detection, including APX-style burners
• Compact mini flame rod design that suits tight burner spaces
• Continuous flame sensing that supports safe burner operation
• Rugged construction built for demanding industrial environments
• Available in several rod lengths and connection styles, so you can match the sensor to your burner

A working flame rod helps prevent nuisance faults and supports reliable flame supervision. It also helps keep burner operation consistent. Choose the variant that matches your burner's original flame rod.
