Venom Polaris Primary Clutch Spring

The Venom Polaris Primary Clutch Spring (also called a primary drive clutch spring or primary spring) lets you fine-tune your Polaris snowmobile's primary clutch. The primary spring controls clutch engagement RPM and upshift rate. Changing it is a simple way to match clutch behavior to your engine, terrain and riding style.

Key Features:

• Made from high tensile wire to exacting tolerances, so it holds its rate better than cheaper springs
• Controls engagement RPM and shift rate
• Rated with two force numbers: the first sets the RPM at which the clutch engages, and the second sets how quickly the clutch upshifts
• Force ratings are measured between 2.50 in. and 1.19 in. of compression
• Steel construction
• Available in a range of spring rates, each identified by its own color code, so you can choose the calibration that suits your setup
• Replacement and tuning springs for Polaris primary clutches, including P85 and P22 designs

Venom clutch springs are an affordable upgrade or replacement for worn or stock springs. They help you get consistent clutch performance and dial in engagement and shift characteristics.
