Groundspeed Voyager MT Mud Terrain Tire

The Groundspeed Voyager MT is an aggressive mud-terrain (M/T) tire built for light trucks and SUVs. It is designed to give you off-road traction on dirt, rock, sand and mud. Its rugged construction and bold styling make it a good fit for drivers who want an off-road mud tire, also called an MT tire or off-road light truck tire.

Key Features:

• Off-road rubber compound: The VO-R compound is formulated for light truck performance in demanding off-road conditions.
• Self-cleaning tread: Large, staggered tread blocks and stone ejectors help clear mud, snow and rocks from the footprint to keep traction consistent.
• Wet-ground drainage: Angled lateral and longitudinal grooves drain water quickly. This improves braking and handling on wet, soggy ground.
• Controlled handling: Varying shoulder block shapes improve handling and control on unpaved surfaces.
• Damage resistance: Three layers of polyester cord fabric and high-strength steel belts help protect the casing from rocks and debris.
• Winter capability: Siping and the all-season compound add grip in cold conditions. The tire carries the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol and is M+S rated.
• Aggressive styling: A bold sidewall pattern and black sidewall give the tire a rugged look.

Mud-terrain tires are made mainly for off-road use. Compared with all-terrain tires, they can be noisier and wear faster on pavement. The Voyager MT suits trucks and SUVs that spend much of their time on trails and in rough terrain.
