NTI Burner Door Ceramic Disc for Boilers

The NTI burner door ceramic disc (also called a burner door insulation disc or burner plate ceramic disc) is a replacement part for NTI gas-fired condensing boilers. It sits on the burner door inside the combustion chamber. There it acts as a heat-resistant ceramic insulating barrier between the combustion zone and the burner door assembly.

Key Features:

• Ceramic construction that handles the high temperatures inside a boiler combustion chamber
• Insulating design that helps shield the burner door from heat
• Replacement part for restoring the burner door assembly during boiler service or maintenance
• Sold under the NTI brand, a manufacturer of condensing boilers and water heaters, so the part is made for NTI equipment
• Multiple versions are available for different NTI boiler series

A damaged, cracked, or worn ceramic disc can reduce the burner door's heat protection. Many technicians inspect the disc whenever the burner door is opened for annual service or combustion maintenance. Replacing it helps keep the boiler running reliably. Select the correct variant for your NTI boiler model.
