NTI Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

The NTI brazed plate heat exchanger (also called a plate heat exchanger or DHW heat exchanger) is a replacement part for NTI combi boilers. It transfers heat from the boiler's heating water to the domestic hot water supply, and the two fluids never mix.

Key Features:

• Brazed plate construction: Stacked plates form alternating flow channels. Heat moves between the two fluids as they pass close to each other.
• Compact design: Plate heat exchangers transfer a lot of heat for their size. That makes them a good fit inside a wall-hung combi boiler cabinet.
• On-demand hot water: The exchanger is the part that heats domestic hot water in a combi boiler. It is fed by the boiler's primary heating loop.
• Brand-matched part: It is made to work with the hydronic and domestic water circuits of NTI boilers.

If an NTI combi boiler heats the home normally but the tap water runs lukewarm, swings between hot and cold, or is slow to heat, a fouled or failed plate heat exchanger may be the cause. Replacing it can restore domestic hot water performance. Select the option for your boiler from the available variants.
