Conbraco NPT Bronze Y-Strainer Mesh Pump Strainers

Conbraco NPT bronze Y-strainers protect pumps, valves, meters and other piping system equipment from pipe scale, sediment and other debris. Also called wye strainers or pump strainers, they use a fine mesh screen to catch solid particles and let clean fluid pass downstream. The Apollo 59 Series heavy pattern design uses a large-area screen to keep pressure loss low.

Key Features:

• Bronze body: The cast bronze construction resists corrosion and holds up in demanding fluid environments.
• Threaded NPT connections: They allow a secure installation in plumbing, HVAC, and commercial and industrial piping.
• Fine mesh screen: It captures particles before they reach sensitive downstream components.
• Y-pattern design: The compact, lightweight body suits OEM and mechanical room installations.
• Serviceable: The removable cap gives access to the screen for cleaning and maintenance.
• Versatile service: Suitable for water, oil, gas and similar fluid applications.
