Modine Natural Gas Main Burner Orifice

The Modine Natural Gas Main Burner Orifice is a genuine OEM replacement part for Modine gas-fired unit heaters. It meters natural gas to the main burner, which helps the heater keep the correct fuel-to-air ratio and heat output. Technicians also call it a main orifice, burner orifice or gas orifice spud.

Key Features:

• Genuine Modine OEM part made to the heater manufacturer's specifications
• Meters natural gas flow to the main burner for clean, consistent combustion
• Brass-style orifice construction that resists heat and corrosion in commercial and industrial settings
• Compact design that is simple to install and service in the burner manifold
• Replaces fouled, worn or incorrectly sized orifices to restore rated heater performance

A properly sized main burner orifice is essential to safe, efficient heater operation. Replacing it with a genuine Modine part helps keep the heater at its rated input, which supports a stable flame and reliable heat. Each orifice is sized to a specific drill size, so choose the part number that matches your heater's rating plate and gas type.
