APR Iridium Pro Spark Plugs Thread Reach Heat Range

APR Iridium Pro Spark Plugs are a performance iridium spark plug line built for tuned and higher-output engines. Whether you call them iridium spark plugs, performance spark plugs or tuned-engine ignition plugs, they are made to hold up under high boost, high cylinder pressure and high combustion temperatures.

Key Features:

• Iridium electrode: Iridium is one of the strongest materials available for this application. It has a higher melting point than silver, copper or platinum.
• Copper-core construction: Helps the plug dissipate heat and protects it from melting, cracking and the other limits of standard plugs.
• Colder than stock: Runs cooler than factory plugs and resists preignition.
• Lower voltage requirement: Needs less supplied voltage to produce a strong, consistent spark.
• Fuel-friendly electrode design: Optimized for hard-to-ignite fuels such as ethanol.
• Designed to pair with APR ignition coils: Works well alongside APR ignition coils for a more consistent spark.

APR was founded in 1997 and is based in Opelika, Alabama. The company focuses on aftermarket performance parts for Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and other vehicles. Choose the child option that matches your engine's thread reach and heat range requirements.
