High Teck Etch Primer Aerosol Spray

High Teck Etch Primer is an aerosol etch primer (also called a self-etching primer or DTM primer). It etches and primes in one step, so you can prep bare metal before paint. It promotes adhesion to difficult substrates such as galvanized steel, aluminum and new bare metal panels. The aerosol can is convenient for spot repairs, sand-throughs and small refinishing jobs.

Key Features:

• Etches and primes bare metal in a single step
• Phosphoric acid ester formula promotes paint adhesion to galvanized steel, aluminum and new bare metal
• Flat fan, high-atomization nozzle gives a large spray pattern and even coverage
• Forms an anti-corrosive barrier that helps keep steel from rusting
• Can be top coated directly, with no sanding needed before topcoat
• Suited to sand-throughs in existing primer and new bare metal panels before color is applied

High Teck Etch Primer gives you a dependable base layer for automotive refinishing. It helps your topcoat bond to the surface and adds corrosion protection underneath.
