Weil McLain Heat Exchanger Cover Plate Kit

The Weil-McLain Heat Exchanger Cover Plate Kit is an OEM replacement kit for the combustion chamber cover plate (also called the heat exchanger cover or chamber plate) on Weil-McLain gas-fired condensing boilers. The cover plate seals the front of the heat exchanger and holds the burner in place. A cracked, warped or leaking plate or a worn gasket can compromise combustion and sealing. This kit restores the seal during boiler service.

Key Features:

• Genuine Weil-McLain OEM replacement parts, made for a correct fit and reliable sealing
• Replaces the cover plate and sealing components in one kit
• Typically includes the cover plate, cover plate gasket, burner gasket and mounting hardware, depending on the specific kit
• Suited to routine maintenance or repair of a damaged or deteriorated cover plate, gasket or insulation
• Available in several kit versions for different boiler series and sizes

Fitting a new cover plate kit during annual service helps keep the combustion chamber sealed. It also helps the boiler keep running safely and efficiently. Choose the kit that matches your boiler's series and size.
