Mikuni Small Hex Main Jet

The Mikuni Small Hex Main Jet is a carburetor metering jet. It controls how much fuel flows through the carburetor at mid-to-high throttle openings. Riders and tuners also call it a main fuel jet or carb jet. It is used to tune the air-fuel mixture for engine modifications, changes in altitude or temperature, and different intake and exhaust setups.

Key Features:

• Small hex head design for installation and removal with a standard wrench or socket
• Precision-calibrated orifice for consistent, repeatable fuel metering
• Machined brass construction for durability and resistance to wear
• Available in a range of jet sizes so you can fine-tune jetting
• Made by Mikuni, a long-established maker of carburetors and jetting components for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment

Replacing the main jet is a simple way to restore correct fuel metering or dial in performance after you change the engine's airflow. Pick the jet size that suits your carburetor and tuning needs. Check the spark plug and engine response after changing it so you can confirm the mixture is right.
