Mikuni Pilot Jet for SBN Carburetors

The Mikuni pilot jet (also called a slow jet) is designed for Mikuni SBN series carburetors. It meters fuel at idle and low throttle openings, and it also affects the transition into mid-range throttle. Choosing the right pilot jet helps with clean idle, crisp throttle response off idle, and smooth low-speed running.

Key Features:

• Made by Mikuni, a long-established maker of carburetors and tuning components for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, marine, and powersports engines
• Built for SBN series carburetors
• Precisely calibrated fuel metering orifice for consistent idle and low-speed fuel delivery
• Replaceable, so you can fine-tune jetting for modifications, exhaust or intake changes, altitude, or temperature
• Useful as a replacement for a worn, clogged, or damaged pilot jet

Pilot jets are available in a range of jet numbers, so you can match the jet to your engine's setup. Check that the jet you pick fits the SBN carburetor on your application. Select the specific jet number you need from the options on this page.
