Armstrong Packaged Coupler Insert

The Armstrong Packaged Coupler Insert (also called a coupling insert or flexible coupler insert) is a replacement part for Armstrong end suction, base-mounted circulator pumps. It sits between the pump and motor coupling halves. It carries torque from the motor to the pump and helps protect both from vibration and minor shaft misalignment.

Key Features:

• Flexible insert design absorbs shock and dampens vibration for quieter pump operation
• Compensates for minor misalignment between the motor and pump shafts
• EPDM rubber construction resists water, heat and common pump fluids
• Made as a direct replacement for Armstrong pump couplings
• Simple to install, so routine maintenance and repairs are quick

Replacing a worn coupler insert on schedule helps keep your Armstrong pump running smoothly. It also reduces wear on bearings, seals and shafts. Select the child item that matches your pump's coupling size.
